- BPEC Certification approved assessor

- 30 years with British Gas, including 8 years as a primary assessor

- More recently became a BPEC Certification approved assessor

- 20 years in civil service

- ACS administrator at college for 7 years

- Centre Manager/administrator since opening of centre in July 2006
